This is Sha Tau Jiao of China at the distant background.
We had a tought work out today as we walked up Kowloong Hang, Sha Lou Tung, Hok Tou, then moved up the Tough Pat Sin Leng, We took 4 hours to complete the trail under a temperature of 28 Deg C.
I did not apply and sun block, now I became a Roasted Pig.. I am applying Aloe Vera Gel sparingly to soothe my burnt skin.
